Stimmt.

I've worked with German Engineers, alongside them, leading them,
and being lead by them.

They are a breed apart. A more disorganised, imaginative, disorderly
lot it would be hard to imagine. Teutonic systematisation? HA!!

OK, the Israelis I worked with and lead were even worse. 2 Israelis,
3 opinions (as the Hebrew saying goes).

But the Germans are no more a race of Engineers than anyone else.
It's just that those that *are* Engineers do have a tendency to
over-engineer. Making things perfect rather than good enough.
And sometime the introduced complexity causes problems as a result.
But usually, all it means is that it's both the best and the most
expensive
of its class in the world.
