[SG] 100 Club idea

Hi all

How about some figures without bases which can be sat on vehicles (tanks

especially) - while tanks may not have capacity for troops, there's no 
reason why the gropos can't sit on top.

As for which faction the troops would be, I'd favour ESU but Oceanic
Union 
or Mercenary would be fine

Any takers?
