Void Gamers Alliance Historical Sections Added

Hi,
    You had asked for historical sections to be added.	Well, they are
now
up.  There are three separate sections under the historical category.
Ancients, Renaissance to 1900 (pre-modern era), and Modern (1900 -
Present).
These are fairly Generic sections, but as the need arises I can refine
them
easily.
