Any EMP big enough to cause this would most likely set off explosives
anyway.
Voids in propellants and warheads can cause sparks. Most Unpleasant.
This
is why there are signs warning people to switch off radio transmitters
near
anywhere doing blasting.

BUT...
Military vessels and aircraft are pretty good EMP emitters in their own
right.
Get too close to the nose of an EA-6E and you're cooked.

EMP shielding is not a problem, if you're dealing with military gear. If
not,
it's toast.
