I agree with these. I put NI on good terms (trade at least) with PAU and
NSL
as well. UN moves from mildly antagonistic to neutral to friendly over
the
latter half of the 22nd century, and to ally during the Xeno War.

Agreed. Maybe bad blood earlier, but neutrality (or at least
non-agression)
now.

I think it depends on the politics of the Kaliphate. New Jordan is a
(non
canon) IF splitoff that would coulnt as an ally for NI.

Works for me, although both would probably bristle at the term "client
state". If I remember my map though, FCT is on the otherside of the Core
worlds from NI.
