I am replying on list because the answer could be of interest for a
number of members.. I am a firm fan of a PBem aid called cyberboard..
It's
possibilities are infinite for any table top or board game. No orders
are
necassary because the program preplots the move before posting to the
opponent.. I have used it several times now.. I know of FT , Epic and
DBM
versions of table top games and there are a huge number of board game
boxes
available..
I have personally designed a campaign gamebox for BFG.. a gamebox of
Victory
games 1809 and the SoA game legion.. Of all the mapping aid it is by far
the
most versatile, matched perhaps only by ADCII. cyberboard does however
have
the advantage of being freeware and widely supported..	If you are
interested check out Dale Larsons page at
http://www.execpc.com/~d-larson/cyberboard.html
There is a mail group that is also inhabited like this group by some
remarkably nice and very helpful members..

gameboxes can be found at
Chris Fawcetts
http://members.home.net/yankeeap/home.htm
and
Walt O'Haras
http://pbem.brainiac.com/

On a personal note I intend to work on a dirtside box for cyberboard..
VERY
IMPORTANT the game box would include table top, play pieces, counters
and
die roller. chit picking would be done by using a supplementary on
screen
program... Rules are not included in the box.. (No worries on that
front
Jon!!) The policy of cyberboard users is that in order to play the games
you
must show proof of ownership of a game before receiving a copy..
Hell the game box designer payed for his copy so it's reasonable to
expect
the user to have done the same before getting the gamebox for
free.....heheheheh
