[ADMIN] List issues

Well, there is good news and bad news.

The good news is that the mailing lists have finally been moved onto a
better machine for them, with more disk and such.  This should enable
some web projects to go forward soon.  I hope.

The bad news is that they decided to do all of this while I was
offline for a week.

I think things are back to normal now, but anything you haven't seen
hit the list may well have bounced.  I'll try to monitor things, but
if you see a specific problem, please point it out to me.  I know that
the digest headers are a little wrong, and I'll look into that over the
next 24 hours.
