Rules (Was SG2 questions, mostly shooting from vehicles)

What I think is one of the problems Alan is that the rule have been
written 
buy someone who knows what their talking about (Jon) for people who know

what he's talking about.

Anyone without a modern military background (service/civilian) or an
immense 
interest/knowledge in it is just left floundering. Which is a shame.
