FT Fleet book 2??

Hi all

I'm new to this list, so please excuse a what must have already been
asked question.

Has a 2nd Fleet Book for Full Thrust been released?

My knowledge is that there is:
Full Thrust
More Thrust
Fleet Book 1.

Also, do GZG have their own web site?
