SG-II Not-Star Wars Conversion

KB Toys and Toys R Us finally released the floodgates and dropped the
prices
on all their remaining galoob star wars stuff.	I grabbed a bunch of the
almost 25 mm figures (1$ per pack of 9) and the AT-AT motorized walkers
in
the same scale dropped to $3.99, I also found the AT-ST pack down to
$9.99
(from a 4 year long high of $26.00).

Sooooo has anyone done any SGII conversion rules for this genre?
