[FT] Sa'Vasku Reabsorbtion

A quick question about reabsorbtion of drones:
Where does the extra biomass get added?

It can have very different effects on Threshold rolls depending on where
they are placed.

Take a damaged Var'Sa'Rosh:

	0 = Unused biomass  x = used/damaged biomass
	spaces added for grouping
The following exaples show it absorbing 5 pods:

Example 1: Add absorbed biomass starting at 1st undamaged biomass.

Example 2: Add at beginning.

My first thought was to add it as Example 1, but then realized that this
could mean re-taking a threshold check.

Most likely option 4 would be my choice.
