Under the basic rules, assume the fighters are OK but are trapped in the
damaged bay and can't launch till it's repaired; if you want to make it
a
little more complicated, you could use a D6 roll to see how many
fighters
are put permanently out of action by the damage. (That's an [UNofficial]
suggestion!!)

Same as above; the damage to the magazine can be assumed to be in the
feed
mechanism so you can't get the missiles to the firing tubes; normally
you
can say that the missiles won't be armed while still in the magazine,
but
if you want to be nasty, roll a D6 and on a 6 one of the missiles
detonates....  (this is [UNofficial] again!)
