Dunno... lacking hard tournament rules, I think there are just too many
variables in basic setup. A perfectly good and valid tactic under one
set
of setup conventions could very stupid or downright forbidden under some
other set.
E.g. the classic retrograde: Works in floating table vector, but dumb
under cinematic or fixed edges.
Thus you'd end up either with countless permutations of over-specific
tactics, or some over-general wishy-washy handwaving...
