...and the only real difference between this and the struggles going on
in the highlands of Myanmar (former Burma), Somalia, Colombia... etc is
the main resource they're fighting for (diamonds rather than drugs) and
the level of violence against the civilian population.

There are lots of this stuff going on all over the . Sierra Leone is
where the newsies' attention is directed this week; next week it'll be
some other conflict :-(
