FT scenarios

Thanks for the ideas.  I don't have any idea how to do a simple
boarding party action so mostly we play 'destroy the enemy'
scenarios, although I try to needle beam FTL drives on the
target vessel but this usually doesn't work since the enemy targets
needle beamers first.
