I'm not fishing boss. It is pretty obvious to anyone who has had
a statistics class (or gamed enough to know how to deal with dice)
that you are talking one level of shields. (1/3 chance of a 1/3 chance
of a failure + 1/6 chance of a 1/2 chance of a failure).
