Alright, assuming there are no mass appeals to not post them, I will
post them
to the mailing list when I finish version 1.3 in a day or two.	Mostly
minor
changes and getting rid a couple of contradictions.  And a very optional
rule
that the "Alarishi contingent" should find interesting...
