Brian - funny you should mention that!	Because I don't have
much free time, but really know how to squander that which I do
have, I have begun organizing the -
<drum roll>
Ground Zero Games West Coast Convention!

Yes, I threatened it many times before on the list - now it will
be a reality! I'm planning for early October in the San Francisco
Bay area (even though I'm in El Ay it seems most Californian list
members are there ...). More details to follow soon.

Go ahead, folks. Start volunteering _now_ to run games!

While I'm talking about it:
- Does October 6 - 8 sound good?
- Where in the Bay area sounds good? I'm aiming right now
for Oakland, but I'm sure south of there might be better. Anyone
on the list have a (good) relationship with a hotel in that area
that they'd be willing to exploit?

Thanks to Jon, Mark, and Jerry! Guys, I had a terrific time at
the EC con! Glad I decided it was worth it to drag my butt across
the country to go.

Thanks again to LOS and Tom for "Grey Day". I never had so much
fun playing a wargame before - and after about 12 hours of it I
was beginning to really think I was there with my troops ...
Hope the therapy will help me!	Honestly, this was one of the best
run games I've ever seen. Tom's terrain was great, LOS and Tom
provided tons of great figs and vehicles, _and_ LOS had a
soundtrack and sound effects ("INCOMING!"), too!
