The problem with a single class of Emitter is that some one is going to
get
screwed on the MASS and POINT COST. If we make the Class 3 the only one
available, then those who buy Class 1 and 2 BPS are paying throught the
nose.

The multi-class method is necessary, IMO, for balance and variety.
