You have the wrong IFVs.  Do you use size 3 grav, stealth 2, GSM/H, 4 
troopers, turreted RFAC/2 IFVs?  (kind of a grav version of a BFV, maybe
it 
should be along the lines of size 2, RFAC/1, GSM/S, 4 troopers, fast
tracked 
for the real thing)
