people always seem to use that IP number for the Army Training and
Doctrine Digital Library web server; it's much prettier (not to mention
more future-proof) to call it www.adtdl.army.mil, as in:

and, yes, the abbreviation for Army Training and Doctrine Digital
Library
is ATDDL, not ADTDL. the army is here to shoot, not to spell. :)
