You know this sounds like the "tanks" in "Space: Above and Beyond".
Force grown troops/workers used for those jobs "real humans" found too
"unpleasant".

"S:AAB" was a fairly good show and could have been much better if it
hadn't
got jack-up by the corporate wankers.
