Some British admiral said either "speed is life" or "speed is armor"
with reference to battlecruisers.  My memory is muttering "David
Fisher" but it doesn't sound very sure of itself; read up on Jutland
and I imagine you'll find it.	Need I point out that this admiral was
wrong?
