If you need a hex overlay grid, see my Graphics for Gaming page at
<http://www.primenet.com/~reynol/gaming/files.html>. You can D/L
a variety of hex-grid EPS files, and an Illustrator 7 file containing
hex-grid patterns (from which the EPS files were generated).
Freehand should be able to work with the EPS files; I don't know
if it'll import the Illustrator file.
