I'd say randomly within a reasonable range, although I bear very
little resemblance to an astronomer.
And angelfire.com is running, albeit very slowly; a tracert shows
slow traffic on both my ISP and alter.net (which seems to be
angelfire's upstream provider).
I'll take a look at my Jovian maps again, I've got a 3D model, and
was just about to set up a display showing Phil's sensor ranges. I'll
see what happens and post it to ImpDisp.
