OT VOR: a review

Based on the discussion on RGMM, it should have been called Flame VOR. 
I 
picked it up, read it, and now I have some nice minis for FMA Skirmish:)

  "Heroic" leaders, semi-heroic NCOs, sound familiar?  At least I have
the 
rules and some minis in case it becomes the game in town (and then I can
start 
to convert...)
