I've got some rules for DSII, on fractional and sub-size one vehicle
sizes
on my site:

	They could be easily extended to SGII and FMA Skirmish, if you
wish.

I had the fractions and sub-size one vehicles in 0.2 steps:
		Size 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8
	Each step being one capacity point in DSII.
