If you've got anti-personel weapons, attack the orcs. If you've
got
anti-vehicle weapons, attack the vehicle.

It must be very easy to destroy, since its armour dice is very
small.

SGII
PA troops). Are they 'hard' targets for anti-vehicle weapons?
One could treat them that way. One missile = one PA trooper
kill. It
depends on how agile you visualise your anti-vehicle missiles are and
how
agile your PA or Terminators are.
For the smooth, quick and fast looking PA made by GZG, I would
say that
they can dodge most anti-vehicle fire or duck.
For the slow moving, immobile Terminators of 40K, I would say
that they
can be hit easily by even primitive anti-vehicle weapons.
