[FT] A question

G'day guys,

Quick question for you. This came up in a game we were having last
night:

Can you move away from a ship you were screening as a secondary move?

We said No - based on one of those 1-3=No and 4-6=Yes, stupid thing
being
the NSL wanted to know and then got me to roll so you can guess why we
ended up with a "No" ;)
