Admirals (you know who you are) get 3000 Pts to play with.

Minimum of 3 ships per fleet, maximum of 12 ships.
All human ships should be bought straight from the fleet book (no refits
or
variants)
All KV ships should be bought straight from the UOKVFB (no variants) URL
