	No, it says it wasn't cancelled.

	But it could still be "virtually" killed by
	releasing it prematurely, before all the bugs
	are worked out.

	The article I read said that many of the people
	working on it are now out of a job, due to their
	unwillingness to re-locate halfway across the state.

	This isn't good, no new programmers they get can
	possible get up to speed fast enough to get the
	thing out by christmas.

	So they'll shove out the door whatever they
	have done at that point, warts and all.
