I've just updated it (again). After some discussion, I decided to drop
the thrust to 4, as the playtesting found that the Fed ships blew up too
darn soon. So the extra 10% went to Hull isntead of Thrust.

Included in the New Improved version are:
* SSDs - GIFs made with ShipBits - and only 5k or so each
* Klingon D6 added
* Romulan WarBird added

I'll be doing the rest of the Tech Manual Feds soon, then probably the
D7, then go onto the SFB stuff. I don't have any SFB SSDs to hand, so
will be going from memory.

I want to eventually include some pictures, but am running short of disk
space (Down to my last Meg), so may not.
