Revised Home Page

OK, I added in an overall Ground forces order of battle (except for the
various Special Operations Forces) at
http://www.angelfire.com/va/basileus/Orbat.html

and seperated out the STL fleet from the main theme list and put it all
at
http://www.angelfire.com/va/basileus/orbital.html

Also in the revisions, the Akritai commands got cut by 2/3 (turma turned
into moira), two themes got renamed (I had the same theme twice), and
some of the Thematic troops got shuffled somewhat.
