Looks the same from IE3 on NT 4.0 and Netscape 4.06 on Mac.

Aside from the dead links (everything but Y2k,DHMO, and Teddy Bears) the
Graphics for S.C. conquers the Martians and Teddy Bears are both broken.
The image tag for S.C.C.T.M shows as
       <IMG SRC="file:///C|/HTML/HOMEPAGE/WELCOME3.GIF" [snipped rest]
The image tag for Teddy Bears is
      <IMG SRC="R0300408.JPG" [snipped rest]

Looks like a good start though.  Better than my own.
