Static Grass

OK, I have started to base my finally painted Swabians, I have at last 
used the Bastex that I have had for even longer than the troops (3+ 
years) and it is fantastic stuff, grass in a bottle but maybe I can do 
more, I have flock, no problem, been there, done that but what do I do 
with this static grass stuff?
Any suggestions gratefully received.
