	Yes but probably never seen in greater than brigade strength.
Can't let a
commander have too many of these as he might get ideas.

	Yes but mostly Green with some Regulars. Confidence is as Elite
until unit
leader KO'd. ie platoon leader buys it then his platoon tests as
Green/Reg,
Brigade leader buys it and the whole brigade tests as Green/Reg.
