One of these days I'm going to have to hunt down Colin and refight some
engagements from the NRE-Romanov War.  See how well his puny forces
stand up to the weight of Imperial displeasure.  

BTW, exactally what titles does the Tsar claim (other than Tsar of all
the Russias)?  Knowning the Imperial penchant for deflating foreign
titles (Charles, Imperator Romanus became Charles, Rex Francia in
Imperial usage) we're likely to refer to him as the "Prince of Kiev" or
somesuch.
