I just want to second this.  Jon has done an admirable job taking up a
hat thrown into his ring by a terrible accident.  I hope I can manage
to follow in the great traditions left by the former list maintainers.

And, on a lighter note.  Now that the list is being rin from Berkeley,
CA USA.  Does this mean we'll see more Free Cal-Tex stuff? :)
