As an ulgy American, I thought that NAC would be poltical domaninced
by the Brits' Parliment and Prime Minster. Northern American Member
states would have its own Senate and Houses of Reprenstives for
regional concens. Former LLAR states would have fewer rights and
greater oversight than former USA due to being to conquered states. In
terms of culture, the'ld  USA would control the HolTV channels and
other forms of Pop culture. Serious art would be tough guess.
