Paul,

Why didn't you just send it back?  We can't check every one of them 
from the molder, and so many times our customers end up doing quality 
control for us.  We'll gladly send you a replacement for the one that 
was "shot full of holes"!!  I suspect the problem is the heat wave 
down here.  Our molder has been able to work only early morning or 
late at night - the resin "kicks off" in the heat before he has a 
chance to chase the mold (remove bubbles).  We've gotten prices on 
both pressure and vacuum equipment to remedy the situation, but until 
we get to that point - please return ANY unacceptable items.  
Everyone makes mistakes, but we make every attempt to correct them, 
you just have to let us know.
