Murray;

The great thing about DSII is the speed that vehicles move and the flow
of the battle.	Lets not 40K ourselfs and slow down the war.  Slow speed
gets you killed in battle.  I proposed that high speed wheeled vehicles
that start and stop on a road and not under fire move x 2.5 their speed
or 25".   David
