Federation across the border.  And the Sihks don't want to be part of 
either, I'm betting.

evidenced by the fact that Earth is still important economically 2 
centuries from now.  The True Believers[tm] will be ramming military 
spacecraft and spiking trees across the galaxy.

Compville.

Any number of residuals on planets taken during various Solar Wars, 
especially Neu Transvaal.  Boers don't give up--you have to kill them 
off.

Flakes R US--various libertarians who don't like the NAC, the King, or 
organized government in general.  Strongest in Montana.
