I can assure you that the cities in Eritrea are right now pretty much
the
nicest in AFrica, (excepting RSA) and I've been to many. They're clean,
lots of new construction, and most importantly virtually no crime. Not
because they'll cut off your hand if you steal, but because the people
don't do crime. hard to believe but true. You know you fight for your
independence for 30 years and I guess you learn the meaning and price of
liberty. Makes one a bit idealistic. Eritrea is an anomoly in many ways.
You should see the quality of their army That army could pretty much
kick
anyone's ass in Africa if it had to.

Anyway, as they get more western influence, I'm sure they're morals will
degrade sufficiently. :)
