Hm... is he a (possibly former) GW gamer...?

I think he's going to get disappointed - the Fleet Book contains design
_examples_ , but no Super-Special Characters that make each fleet
invincible unless the opponent brings his own Sky Marshal along :-7 He
will
still have to win his battles himself :-)
