I think it is worth giving the Japanese a mention. After all, if they
are worth the NAC taking a great interest then they should be considered
of some note. 

Same for the Saeed Kalifate, as they play a notable part as do the
Indonesian Commonwealth and the Oceanic Union!

Has this just confused things?
