Hey list lurkers,

I've just picked up a bunch of OU and some GW Future Warriors (some
more negotiations may yield more yet! and I hear that Australia is
expecting Stratelibri stock this month!). I've got some UNSCM and
Mercs on order, and I'm thinking the IDF look good now.

What I was wondering, and this might be something worthy of putting
on paper and putting on Jed Sadler's SG2 page:

1. Are there official colours and camflage schemes for the various
nationalities (OU, IDF, NSL, NAC, etc.)? (both vehicular and
uniform)
Is there a FAQ or colour plates or swatches somewhere?

2. Has anyone actually thought about producing a book (maybe
somewhere in the future) that features equipment descriptions (a
textual description, some 'tech specs', DS2 and SG2 stats) of the
common equipment used by these forces and descriptions of their force
organizations/ranks structure/uniform and equipment distributions?
With colour plates (like the various Osprey Men-at-arms type books)
of some sample uniforms etc.? This would make a great SG2 and DS2
supplement (like the fleet book, only this would be the Space, Air,
Ground, and Aquamarine (SAGA?) forces supplement?). It could feature
army lists. I know several gamers have done some good groundwork (I
give the nod to Owen G here) for some of the forces of some groups.
But it would be neat to have a master document of this info. I think
if it was (like Bugs Don't Surf) targetted at both SG2 and DS2
players, it would sell well.

Jon, Mike, anyone? Opinions? Information on 'official' (yes, we all
hate that word) colour schema?

Tom
