[SGII] mini question: Phalanx

For anyone out there who might know: what are the dimensions of the
Phalanx heavy APC, SF25-86?  I'm trying to find a vehicle that will work
as a Badger APC in Heavy Gear, and it's the most promising candidate to
date... though the scale problem (25mm to HO) worries me a bit, thus my
question.
