Decent, ready-based and very, very cheap regular infantry can be had
from
Irregular's SF line. They have 4-man rifle teams, 2 man 'recon' teams',
and several types of 2 man GMS/L or LAD missle teams.

For powered infantry, I use Scotia MicroModel's powered armor troopers,
which come in 25 man packs, unbased. They're really nice, well cast, and
I
intend to order more very soon...they also have some hvy. weapons inf,
and
a couple other types that I've never seen.

There are also the infantry pack from GZG/Geo Hex - 40 (i think) grunts
in
5 poses, but they're a bit pricier than either Scotia or Irregular.
Probably very nice, tho...:)
