I posted this question earlier, but the thread has kept to "California 
is better off with out Texas!", "No. Texas is better off without 
California!".

Who's an ally of whom in the GZG world?  Would the LLAR buy weapons 
from the ESU?  The New Israeli's?  The Arabs?  Who produces their own 
weapons, who licenses them?

For that matter, who is part of the LLAR?  All of South America?  All 
of South America, Central America, and Non-English (or Dutch) 
speaking Caribbean? Is each country a separate entity with a mutual 
defense pact?  If so, what about border problems between  Argentina 
and Chile, Peru and Ecuador, etc.?  Is this a question for Jon, or 
have I missed the extra info on the DS2 and SG2 books?

Any info greatly appreciated....
