I haven't seen anything on the web -- the only thing that immediately
comes to 
mind is the 198x _Hammer's Slammers_ game by Mayfair, which was
basically 
_PanzerBlitz_ with hovertanks.	The only info it had was the counter
values 
(plus the essays from the original book).
